Toy orders, not requiring personalisation, received by Hedgehog Gifts before 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be sent from our studio the same day.  Please allow up to seven to ten days for personalised orders, however we will try to dispatch earlier if at all possible.   

We offer a choice of UK delivery options which will include class and cost.      Guaranteed next working day delivery is available in the UK , at a cost from £7.40.  (Orders placed after 3.00pm on Fridays using this service will not be guaranteed delivery until the following Tuesday).

If you need delivery by a specific day please let us know. In remote areas of the UK delivery times may vary and next day service may not be possible. Hedgehog Gifts reserves the right to use alternative delivery service providers and couriers that meet our delivery guarantees.

Free UK Mainland Delivery

All orders over £60 will be sent free standard delivery to addresses within the UK.

International Delivery

For destinations outside the UK, Hedgehog Gifts offers as an option, a service that provides an international track and trace facility. Orders sent to destinations within Western Europe will take 3-5 working days to deliver at a cost from £8.45. Orders sent to Eastern Europe and the rest of the world will take 7-10 working days at a cost from £9.50.
