Ordering

How do I make a change to my order? 

We are happy to adjust your order! Since we aim for fast delivery, non-personalised items usually ship same-day. To make sure we catch your order before it leaves our facility, please reach out to us as quickly as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code. Please use the instructions in the email to track your package via the Royal Mail website

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, please cancel as soon as possible to prevent the item(s) from shipping and avoid the need for a return. Should the item(s) still arrive and not work out, you can easily exchange for a different style or return for a full refund. Domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

How do I get free delivery?

We currently offer free delivery on all UK orders over £50. 

What countries do you ship to?

We usually ship worldwide, however we are temporarily unable to ship to European destinations. Please contact us to inquire about shipping to your specific location.

What are my delivery options?

We offer Royal Mail 24hr and 48hr tracked delivery as well as Next Day Special Delivery.

For greetings cards and thin products we offer a cheaper option or 1st or 2nd class

Internation delivery is also available and is decided upon weight at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer standard shipping (1-3 days) and expedited options, including
next-day delivery for domestic orders (additional charges apply).
International shipping typically takes 5-10 days, depending on the item
and destination.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we can only offer refunds for personalised goods if the item is defective or if we made an error in the personalisation process.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Personalisation

How are the products personalised?

Our products are personalised by using embroidery as it provides a much better effect than the print alternatives!

What happens if I spell something wrong when placing the order?

Contact us immediately. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if something is mispelt during the order process. Please check all personalisation is correct before proceeding with your order/payment as the products will enter production within 24 hours.

I would like to request specific colours or size on a handmade item, what should I do?

Can I provide you with a specific gift message?

Absolutely! We'd be delighted to include a gift message with your order!

You can also add a personal touch with a handwritten card, available for purchase on our website. Simply add a card to your basket and share your gift message during checkout or in the box below. Otherwise it will be printed stylishly on card.
