How do I get free delivery?
We currently offer free delivery on all UK orders over £60.  


What are my delivery options?
A full range of postal options are given at checkout, ranging from 1st Class, 2nd Class and Next Day Royal Mail delivery services.  International charges vary depending on parcel size and location.


When will my order be delivered?
Royal Mail UK 1st Class aims to deliver within 1-2 days, 2nd Class aims to deliver within 2-4 days, but we do ask customers to allow up to 5 working days.
Next Day Delivery is available if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday, deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the day stated.
Courier Services for large items will be tracked and delivered within 3-4 days.
International orders will take 5-10 days to arrive.


When will my Item be sent?
Most products will be dispatched the same day as ordered with the exception of Personalised items and large Gift Sets which will take a few days to complete.
How will I know my goods have been dispatched?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you have chosen. 


How are the products personalised?
Our products are personalised by using embroidery as it provides a much better effect than the print alternatives!


What happens if I spell something wrong when placing the order?                                                                 Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if something is mispelt during the order process. Please check all personalisation is correct before proceeding with your order/payment as the products will enter production within 24 hours.
 
I want to send a gift to someone but don't want them to see any invoice or price. Will there be an invoice in the package?
No. We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging as many of our customers wish to send direct to the recipient.
For orders being delivered to the US, we are legally required by customs to display the contents and price of each parcel.

 
What if I no longer require the order or need an exchange?
If the order has been damaged in anyway then please get in contact within 7 working days of receiving the order. We are happy to replace the products if they have been damaged. However, due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. Please refer to our online returns policy for full details.
 
Do you deliver outside of the UK and how long does it take to send to different countries?
We do deliver outside of the UK, any queries regarding shipping please contact us admin@Hedgehoggifts.com.
Orders to Europe normally take between 4-7working days to arrive.
Orders outside of Europe normally take 5-10 working days to arrive.
 
I would like to make a change to my order? 
If you would like to amend your order, email us at admin@Hedgehoggifts.com as soon as possible but within 24 hours of placing the order. Please include your order number and the change(s) in which you would like to make.

Can I send my order to more than one delivery address?
Unfortunately, you can only enter one delivery address per order. If you would like to send items to different addresses, these will need to be placed as separate orders.
 
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order, you can just fill in the details on the checkout page.
 
What are the benefits of creating an account? 
Creating an account allows you to save your details, so shopping with us in the future is faster and easier! You can track the status of your order, and we’ll send you exclusive offers every now and then, too.
Your details are safe with us and we don't pass them on to any third party.
 
I would like to request specific colours or size on a handmade item, what should I do?

Can I provide you with a specific gift message?
Yes, you will have a box available for you to write your own personal message to be sent with the gift. This will be placed on the gift card, which arrives with the parcel for the recipient to see when delivered.
